“ I was across the street at Walmart, having my battery serviced. I was hungry but not for the typical fast food. I made the walk across the parking lot and into the establishment. I placed my order and served myself some lemon water that's provided by the establishment. I sat in the cool of the patio and watched several people who came after me receive their order. I thought, well maybe they ordered online. But when I saw a couple walk in and order, then get their order in less than 10 minutes. I immediately asked Simon, who took my order originally.. Hey. Where's mine? I've been here waiting for over 20 minutes? Simon immediately started apologizing, stuttered and said I will make your order right now. His explanation of the mix up was that someone went to lunch right after I ordered and their system assigned her my food. To make it right, Simon offered me a complimentary order of chips and queso, which i accepted along with his apology. ”
